Trying shoes in the afternoon

Your feet swell throughout the day, so it's best to try on your bridal shoes during the afternoon, to ensure it's an accurate representation of your feet on the wedding day. If you try them in the morning when your feet are smaller, you may accidentally purchase shoes that are too small for you.

Wear your shoes before the big day

The best way to get your feet used to wearing your new pair of shoes is to practice walking in them.

This means spending lots of time wearing them about the house, well before the big day. This will soften up the material of the shoes, and ensure you'll be standing comfortably on your wedding day (just don't risk wearing them outside!).
