Returns Portal
For multiple parcels you will need to create a label for each parcel. For each parcel you wish to return choose the shoes that relate to that parcel to generate the first label and then start the process again for your next parcel etc.
Please ensure metallic styles are carefully wrapped in the protective paper before placing them back in the box for return. This helps prevent scuffing during transit. Thank you for taking extra care.
Please return your shoes complete with all packaging. Please do not place any tape on the shoe box and please use an outer box and place the shoe box inside to return. If we need to replace the shoe box for the shoes this will incur a $5 deduction from your refund.
Returns cost $4, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that tariffs and duties paid on your order are non-refundable. Exchanges are free.
