Black Friday Offer: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Black Friday promotion. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. The promotion offers 20% off all full price shoes.
2. The discount is automatically applied to prices on the website.
3. The discount does not apply to:
   • Outlet products
   • Preloved products
   • Accessories
   • Shoe care products
   • Gift cards
4. This promotion runs from 20th November until the end of the day on 1st December. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. All products are subject to availability. Once a product or size is sold out, it will not be restocked for the purpose of this promotion.
6. We are unable to apply the promotional discount retrospectively, and cannot offer price adjustments or partial refunds on orders placed before or after the promotion period, or on items that were out of stock during the promotion.
7. The discount is non-transferable and should not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount. This excludes loyalty discounts and the additional 5% influencer discount code, which may be applied in addition to this promotion.
8. All purchases made during the promotional period are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
9. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
