Returns Procedure
If you’re based in the US returns are free and simple to do:
- Please complete the returns form with the reason for return and which items you are returning. You have 28 days to return the shoes.
- Ensure your goods are securely wrapped using the postage box your shoes were delivered in (or another suitably padded box) and the completed returns form is enclosed.
- You can download your postage label via this link (US returns only): Ezi Returns
- After filling in this label link you will be offered a list of drop off points. Take your parcel to one of the recommended drop off points and they will give you a receipt for proof of postage.
- It can take 3-5 working days once receiving at our warehouse to process the return and refund/exchange. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us. If you have any issues please email us hello@callashoes.com
The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
CALLA are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy. In some instances we may be able to carry out a straight exchange for you, please contact us for further information hello@callashoes.com
International Returns
- Please return your item to arrive with us within 28 days of receipt
- Simply complete the returns form with the reason for return and which items you are returning.
- Ensure your goods are securely wrapped using the postage box your shoes were delivered in and the completed returns form is enclosed.
- Mark the box as "RETURNED PURCHASE" for customs
- Post the goods to: Returns - Calla Ltd c/o The Fulfilment Crowd, Unit C Western Avenue Matrix Park, Chorley Lancashire, PR7 7NB
- Make sure you obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate which you should retain until you’ve received your refund (sorry but we can’t accept responsibility for goods lost in transit).
- Your refund will appear in your account within 5 days after taking receipt at our warehouse. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us.
If you are a customer outside of the US you will need to take responsibility to pay for the return of your items.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

PayPal Returns For Non-US Returns
If you pay by PayPal and activate their returns service, as long as your country is listed below you can claim money from PayPal to pay for the cost of return or to cover most of it.
