How do I return my order?
CUSTOMERS FROM THE USA - Returns/Exchanges are FREE
Important: For multiple parcels you will need to create a label for each parcel.
For each parcel you wish to return choose the shoes that relate to that parcel to generate the first label and then start the process again for your next parcel etc.

30 day returns window
At Calla we believe all of our products should meet the high standards of our customers so if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund unworn items within a 30 day period (from the day the goods were delivered to you).
Missing Returns Form
If you have lost your returns for or there wasn't one included in your parcel please click here to download a new one,
Returns Terms and Conditions
The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
We recommend that you wear your shoes (with clean feet!) around the house to begin with on carpeted flooring.
If they are painful after wearing in this way then they may need stretching (and our shoes are really easy to stretch) or they may not be suitable for your feet. However, if you do stretch the shoes then we can not accept their return.
We recommend you contact us before your purchase for advice on size and styles that will be suitable for you.

CALLA are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size you can do this using our returns portal. If it's for a different style you will need to return the shoes you have for a refund and order again.
Christmas Returns
If you order a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift in November or December you will have until the 14 January to return them or 30 days from date of purchase, whichever is later.
Processing The Refund
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.
My Shoes Are Faulty
If, having worn your shoes, they develop a fault, we would like to know about it and sort it out. Please email us in the first instance to hello@callashoes.com
